Terms & Conditions

By working with Good Wolf Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Project Start

Projects begin once the initial deposit has been received and all required materials have been submitted. This may include written content, images, branding assets, login information, and completed onboarding forms.

Project timelines are estimated and may shift depending on client response times, revisions, or delays in receiving content and approvals.

Payments

All pricing is listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project within our schedule. Remaining balances must be paid before website launch, transfer of files, or release of final deliverables.

Late payments may pause project progress until payment has been received.

Scope of Work

Project scope is limited to the services outlined in the proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Any additional pages, features, revisions, integrations, copywriting, branding work, or functionality requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds outlined in your selected package or proposal.

Revisions are intended for adjustments and refinements, not complete redesigns or major direction changes after approval has been given.

Additional revisions outside the included scope may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Reviewing work carefully before approval
• Ensuring all provided materials are legally owned or licensed for use

Good Wolf Studios is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, slow communication, or incomplete information.

Content & Copy

Unless otherwise agreed upon, clients are responsible for supplying website copy, images, legal policies, product information, and other written materials.

Good Wolf Studios may provide light editing or formatting assistance, but clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before launch.

Website Launch & Support

Once a website has been approved and launched, ongoing management and maintenance become the responsibility of the client unless a maintenance plan or support agreement is active.

Good Wolf Studios is not responsible for:

• Third-party plugin failures
• Hosting/server issues
• Expired subscriptions
• Platform updates
• Client-made edits after launch
• Security issues caused by weak passwords or shared logins

Browser & Device Compatibility

Websites are designed to function across modern browsers and responsive screen sizes. Minor differences between browsers, operating systems, and devices may occur.

SEO & Performance

Basic SEO setup may be included depending on the selected package. However, Good Wolf Studios does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results.

Website speed and performance may vary depending on hosting quality, third-party integrations, media uploads, and future edits.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of final approved website content and branding materials once full payment has been received.

Good Wolf Studios retains ownership of any preliminary concepts, unused designs, processes, frameworks, and working files unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Portfolio & Case Study Usage

Good Wolf Studios reserves the right to display completed projects, including website designs, branding, visuals, and project details, within portfolios, case studies, social media, presentations, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.

Client-sensitive information will never be intentionally shared publicly. If a project requires confidentiality or private launch arrangements, this must be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, all payments made are non-refundable.

Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains the property of Good Wolf Studios until paid in full.

Projects inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of communication or missing materials may be considered abandoned and may require a restart fee to resume.

Privacy Policy

Good Wolf Studios respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information Collected

We may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business information
• Billing information
• Website login credentials
• Uploaded project files and assets

This information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering design, development, communication, and project-related services.

How Information Is Used

Your information may be used to:

• Communicate regarding your project
• Deliver creative and technical services
• Process invoices and payments
• Improve workflows and client experience
• Maintain website functionality and support

Your information will never be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve trusted third-party platforms including:

• Google Drive
• Fillout
• Paypal
• Calendly
• Social media platforms
• hosting providers
• website plugins and integrations

Use of these platforms may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect sensitive client information and login credentials. However, no online platform or digital transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients are encouraged to use strong passwords and secure login practices.
